About YCCA, Philadelphia’s premier creative arts & daycare center for preschool children.
Young Children’s Center for the Arts was founded in June 1996 as a nonprofit, full-service day care center. It is located on the grounds of historic Old Swede’s Church, and serves the needs of working families in Queen Village, South Philadelphia, Society Hill, Center City and Northern Liberties (just to name a few!)
YCCA prides itself on being one of the few area Early Childhood Centers that not only accepts children with disabilities, but embraces the opportunity. We successfully help these children to thrive, both within our inclusive school environment and in the outside world.
